1. In-Restaurant Dining
- Food Quality Concerns: If you encounter any issues with the quality of the food served during your visit, please notify our staff immediately. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or a refund.
- Return of Items: Items that have already been consumed in part or full cannot be returned for a refund. Any requests for replacement or compensation must be made before you leave the restaurant.
2. Takeaway and Delivery Orders
- Incorrect Orders: In the event that the food you receive is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement of the missing or incorrect items at no extra charge.
- Food Quality Issues: If you believe the food delivered is of poor quality or not as expected, please inform us immediately. We may request that the item(s) be returned for inspection. If verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
- No Refund for Change of Mind: Once a takeaway or delivery order has been processed, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted. We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind decisions after the order has been placed.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases where food quality or service is deemed unsatisfactory by our management.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Time Limit for Claims
- Claims for incorrect orders or food quality issues must be reported within 30 minutes for takeaway and delivery orders, and during the dining experience for in-restaurant orders.
- Requests made after this time period will not be entertained.
5. Third-Party Delivery Services
If you have placed your order through a third-party delivery platform (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Uber Eats), any issues with the order or delivery should be reported to that platform. We will not be responsible for delivery delays or errors caused by third-party services, but we will assist with food quality concerns related to our restaurant.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Beverages, sauces, and condiments that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned or refunded.
- Any perishable items that have been tampered with or improperly stored after pickup or delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
